    Question Which form of B12 is better? Hydroxycobalamin or Methylcobalamin

    Im low in B12 and wondering which form is best.

    Ive tried the Methylcobalamin sublingual before, but I read that they Hydrox version is actually more absorbable and stays in your body you only have to take it like 2 to 3 times a week. They have some melts that go under your tongue.

    I think I read somewhere for methylcobalamin to work well it must be combined with adenosylcobalamin for best results.

    Do you have to take a multivitamin when using b12 to avoid having a b vitamin imbalance?
