This is why I don't get fast food anymore

Excuse the paper plate, but I was eating alone and not trying to impress anyone IRL! Dinner last night - 2 burgers with light cheese and bbq sauce (can't see it under bun), 93% lean, 4oz. ore-ida fries = 800 calories 60g protein and very satisfying.

I was doing the poverty/easy version but obviously you could add lettuce/onion/tomato for not many more calories.

This is how I eat all the burgers/fries I want while getting or staying lean.

    Try this next time...

    Tacos:

10oz - 95% lean Ground turkey : 300 cal (with taco spices added) (cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, chili powder, dried onion flakes)
4 - Ole Xtreme high fiber tortila wraps: 200 cal
    56g - Velveta Mexican shreds: 120 cal
2 cups -shredded lettuce: 15 cal
    40g - Black Beans: 34 cal

    Total Macros:

    Calories: 669
    Carbs: 72g
    Fat: 15g
    Protein: 102g
    Fiber: 46g

It's one of my favorite healthy option "junk food" meals. Makes four huge tacos (tortilla wraps are 8" each) and destroys it for macros.

Depends on how much time I have, but yeah, home made is always better (tasting and macro wise).

C'mon brah, at least utilize the toaster oven. Most frozen food tastes 10x better in the toaster oven vs. microwave.

This is "cooking" for me lol, I'd say a good 80% of my diet is frozen food. I breathe chicken strips.

Sounds good man thanks! For Mexican "healthy" I usually do a bowl with no tortilla, so many ways to mix it up.

Cheaper too! Every now and then I still get the real thing out of convenience or necessity. But this only took about 20 minutes.

Sorry for the triple post, I didn't realize I was going to reply to everyone until I went back

Those chips look pretty good too. Damn that's impressive for 800 cals. I'd have added loads of lettuce and gherkins as well for even more volume. As well as chili sauce to dip burgers in.

Gonna have to try this sometime at the weekend.
I have a good joke about water retention. But I'm going to hold onto it for now.

I do that sometimes too but this brand of tortilla is only 50 calories +11.5g of fiber each so they also help me get my fiber up on "cheat" (but not really) days when I don't feel like eating a lot of veggies.

Don't know if they sell em in the UK but they are the Ore-Ida golden fries, 4 oz. = 120 calories, I cook in toaster oven for 20 minutes.
