    The Mineral Wheel?

Have you guys heard of this? Apparently too much or too little of a mineral can effect the body of another opposite mineral considering the wheel? Is this true? I know Calcium and Magnesium are known for working in opposition. One is excitation and the other is a calming mineral. I was going to post a image of the mineral wheel but bb.com gave me this message: To be able to post links or images your post count must be 50 or greater. You currently have 28 posts. There can be a competing effect if eating minerals at the same time (ie, zinc and copper). That can be worth considering if supplementing anything in particular. In terms of overall amounts in your diet, you can plug your typical diet into cronometer.com to see if you are generally within range. Overall this really isn't something to worry about under normal conditions, the body does a rather good job of regulating everything.
