This may actually be pretty interesting. If they are going to experiment with any new potential quirks, this would be the time to do it. Since there is no home court advantage, it was being proposed that top seeded teams could designate one player to have 7 fouls.

TL/DR -- Kyrie and some other players don't seem that interested in returning in light of the social issues facing the US. Obviously Kyrie wasn't gonna play but it doesn't seem like everyone is on board with the NBA season resuming.
