    Taking Omega-3 Fish oil And other anti-inflammatories around workout?

    I was wondering if taking Omega 3 Fish Oil supplements or other anti-inflammatories like turmeric after or before a workout would significantly affect performance, repair, or muscle growth? Or is this a non-concern.
