Long time runner here looking for serious help and input. Ive ran 5 miles almost every day at a sub 45 min pace for the last month and a half. More often than not though i end up getting alot slower and sometimes I gas out at about a quarter mile. What am i doing wrong I eat healthy for the most part i do a cheat meal once a week but never too much i get okay sleep not the best but my work is at fault there. What am i doing wrong who can help please?

If you are currently trying to lose weight, then depending upon your calorie deficit it could explain why you have been "Running out of gas".

Also, "eating healthy" with a weekly cheat meal isn't really an effective strategy for weight loss.

You're not giving any information that isn't vague.
