    How low do you go on dumbell presses?

    Is elbows at a 90 degrees angle acceptable when going heavy or are you supposed to go as down as you possibly can?

    It depends on you, watch how your body react. But db presses r good for full ROM stretching so i rcm to go down as much as you can.
