    Can i cut while quarantined?

    I have some dumbbells and weighted vest and a bench.
    I have been bulking for a long time and had a plan to start cutting this summer.
    Should i wait when gyms open? (Maybe in 1-2 months) or should i start now while at home with burpees and stuff like that to burn cals indoors.

    Cutting is just losing weight, and losing weight is just a calorie deficit. Whether you do so by burning more calories or eating less, the effect is the same. Ideally you'd want to lift weights while cutting, but strictly speaking there is no reason to wait for the gyms to open.
