    I'm surprised to see a small drop here(I had pizza, cheesecake, and a bunch of chocolate yesterday). It's probably just water weight.

    I think now I'm in the zone of week-to-week losses instead of day-to-day. Same weight as yesterday, but that's good considering I expected a spike.

    Every day you maintain is a victory when cutting. You'll get days when you gain through natural fluctuation as well anyway - it's just consistency.

    Can I ask your age and height?

    I'm not going to set specific goals anymore. I'll continue cutting until I'm lean, and then I'll bulk until I'm fat. I don't know what I would look like at 140lbs, and I don't want to be disappointed if I'm still high body fat.
