Thumbs up Always get injured playing football(soccer)

Hey guys,I am a Sunday league player and has never played soccer professionally.During high school I did played for a basketball team.My height is 166cm,currently at 73kg.I have been working out for close to a decade, with at least 5-6 days each week, time would be an hour 15min normally.I am strict on my workout,I would only rest from my routine if I injured my leg because of football.I really love football,or soccer some called it,it’s my passion over working out but I still do more workout then I play soccer because I only play 1-2 times a week and workout 5-6 days a week.I have got injured close to over 10 times, ankle, toe, groin mostly and I play very less in my opinion.I am a little heavy for my height but trust me,i look fit but my diet is ****.Anyone who workout, and also love soccer, what’s your advice for me so that I won’t get injured often?I am serious when I am playing.Whats your view? After the lockdown,I plan to just workout 5 days a week instead of 6,and leave 2 days to have fun playing football/soccer

In your other post you indicated that your workout was serving you well in your sports endeavors - even though you were doing the same weights and reps over and over, with zero progression...

I also got shin splint while training for football, so now my muscles are healing gradually. I mostly focus on other exercise like swimming and cycling.
