6 in 2018.
But it's an epidemic.
Think of the massive brainwashing, on a level never before seen in human history, it takes for so many people to believe that white cops are killing unarmed, completely innocent black men in the 100s and 1000s every year.
Think of the 100s of millions of people gathering every day who believe this.

That video of the jewelry store couple got to me.
As a man, I could not fathom not being able to protect my wife/gf. I’m sure that jewelry store owner did the best he could with what he had. However, had he been bigger and stronger would he have been able to do more? Would the attackers think twice about attacking him? **** like that encourages me to lift, as I neve know when I’ll need to be able defend myself or family.
That and if he had a gun.

Your first comment is very wrong and all you have to do is listen to understand this. If you truly think black americans are equal there's no reason to listen to decades of documented experiences in art form and in spoken and written word and continue to assume that it's a fantasy. If enough people are saying it's bad it probably is and not everything needs to be supported with data, especially data usually provided by the very agencies that are accused of the offence.
On the second part, I agree. The best course of action would be to get more people from these communities involved. Would it be successful? Who knows but I bet it would work better than sending randoms in who get scared and trigger-happy.

the whitehouse has an arsenal of weapons to defend themselves as a last resort. the last thing they want are Mk19s blowing up protesters in the evening news; hence why there were so many agents trying to stop the protesters. this is all for optics though, as a single protester reaching the front door would be a victory and cause other people to be copy cats. so sad that the agents are risking their lives so that the protesters wont lose theirs.

by "innocents" do you mean people committing "non-violent crime"? If so, they're still counted as violent crime suspects. Whether or not the shooting is justified.
in 2019, the total number of people shot to death by police is 994. 370 were white, and 235 were black.
The closest we'll get to analyzing "innocents" being killed by cops are unarmed statistics. Which doesn't mean non-violent. 5.1% of white suspects killed by police in 2019 were unarmed (19 out of 370) and 3.8% of black suspects killed by police were unarmed (9 out of 235).
Where is this widespread systemic police racial bias you speak of? Show me the evidence of black people being BLOWN away by racist cops at higher rates than white people.
More than 96-97% of the time, regardless of race, the suspect is armed with a deadly weapon. Accidental deaths, Such as George Floyds are insignificant. There’s no evidence of widespread racial bias. And white people are slightly more likely to be killed by police.
