This morning was a solid training session and a good end to the first cycle. I will say for my deadlifts I don't think the Boring But Big is something I could continue for multiple cycles. The 5x10 sets just take too much out of me and I literally feel like doing nothing after the last set. It's just too taxing. Other then that though things felt good. My pulls felt fast and strong so I'll take that.

Thanks man. I recommend adding it to your gym when you can.
This morning was a solid training session. I'm leaving to Mexico on Saturday and won't be back until Sunday. I decided to train today and tomorrow instead of Saturday/Sunday. This was Sunday will be my rest day while I drive back from Mexico to AZ. 4
I decided to break out my new EliteFTS bar for my 5x10 sets and the thing is great to bench with. I'm definitely happy that I have it at my disposal.

This morning's training session was great! I had some real nice energy, focus, and a solid pump thanks to SNS Vaso Force Rush.
Using the EliteFTS Cambered bar for pull ups felt awesome as did the hammer curls.

I prefer SLDL or RDLs with my trap bar. I feel I'm in a better starting position vs using a power bar. I feel it puts my shoulders in a better position along with the versatility of knee/hip angles.
I set my j-cups the highest I can on my front uprights on my rack and set the cambered bar there and just bang out pull-ups.My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

So I went ahead and made a big boy decision. I just ordered a blemished Kabuki Transformer Bar
Being excited is an understatement. I just couldn't swallow the fact that the Marrs Bar I wanted is $800 total. The reason it's so expensive is due to it being shipped by freight since it's all completely one piece vs the Transformer Bar is broken down to save on shipping.
Not only am I excited that I ordered it but it's also set to ship out today.

Well with the ok from my wife I went ahead and made one last purchase for my garage gym. Since being out of a commercial gym I miss access to a lat pull-down and low row machine. Well this purchase went ahead and solved that. Instead of getting a dedicated lat pull-down/low row combo I went ahead and got one that attaches to my Rep Fitness rack.

Well I thought I was done with adding equipment to my garage gym but.....
I've been wanting to get heavier dumbbells but two things were stopping me. The price for dumbbells from 55lbs on up get expensive. On top of that they take a lot of space in your home gym. So my other option was adjustable dumbbells and there are several to choose from.
I was scrolling through Offer Up and found these beauties. They are the Power Block Elite and go from 5-90lbs. Not only are they in pristine condition from the looks of it, comes with a stand, but now I just added dumbbells from 55-90 (I already have a set of traditional dumbbells 5-50lbs) all while saving a lot of space and money.
I'll be picking these up after work.

If cost and space wasn't a concern I'd complete my Rep Fitness hex dumbbells. We're talking about close to $3k to go from 55-100lbs unfortunately.
I just got home from picking the PowerBlocks up and they are even more gorgeous in person. I'm fortunate the seller took great care of them while having them for 2 years.
These things are going to be great to use in my training.

The start of week 2 went good this morning. I like using my EliteFTS American Cambered bar for the 5x10 sets so I'll continue to do that. I was excited to break in my new Power Blocks with some chest supported DB rows and they felt great. I was worried they would be constricting since the design is completely different than a normal dumbbell. They felt amazing and the design isn't an issue at all.

Great work and awesome equipment purchases.
If you need heavier DBs at some point just peruse ******** marketplace
People are always selling wholesale stuff from china pretty cheap.
I once got a pair of 120s for $240the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.
