Yeah, I want to know what happened before the cop rendered a man unconscious and maintained pressure for minutes after. I'm sure this ******* has some understanding of what happens when you continue to apply pressure to an unconscious opponent. I use opponent purposefully to illustrate the fact that you are not a citizen worthy of respect and your rights as an American, you're an adversary. I use adversary purposefully to illustrate that not only are you not a worthy citizen, you're the Devil, capable of hurting others and the cop that's killing you. When I say you, I'm speaking of those who police target and I'm not talking about criminals.
I love cops who care about the people they "protect" more than they care for themselves.
It seems you want this "to take an interesting turn" for some reason. You do realize that if this man is denied justice it will only cause more division and increase the chance for civil war? Is that what you want? No one will win, China will fully takeover and you'll join the ranks of low class Chinese slaves along with everyone else who is not somehow related to the elite Chinese class. You're ****ing yourself and I really wish you would stop.

Is it though? You don't think this cop had "an indifference to the sanctity of human life". This looks like 3rd degree murder by the letter of the law of Minneapolis, malice can be an aggravating factor and this carries a maximum sentence of 25 years imprisonment and a fine not more than $40K.
How do you feel about Mahamed Noor? Did you think it was laughable?

609.195 MURDER IN THE THIRD DEGREE.
(a) Whoever, without intent to effect the death of any person, causes the death of another by perpetrating an act eminently dangerous to others and evincing a depraved mind, without regard for human life, is guilty of murder in the third degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 25 years.
(b) Whoever, without intent to cause death, proximately causes the death of a human being by, directly or indirectly, unlawfully selling, giving away, bartering, delivering, exchanging, distributing, or administering a controlled substance classified in Schedule I or II, is guilty of murder in the third degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 25 years or to payment of a fine of not more than $40,000, or both.
Please give us your legal analysis as to why it’s murder. Be sure to break it down by element. I can already predict which parts you will gloss over, so I have put them in bold to give you a head start.
Manslaughter in the second degree (609.205, (1)) is more appropriate.
