Regardless of what happened prior, the victim was clearly restrained well enough to be cuffed. I doubt any evidence could change this.

Yeah, I want to know what happened before the cop rendered a man unconscious and maintained pressure for minutes after. I'm sure this ******* has some understanding of what happens when you continue to apply pressure to an unconscious opponent. I use opponent purposefully to illustrate the fact that you are not a citizen worthy of respect and your rights as an American, you're an adversary. I use adversary purposefully to illustrate that not only are you not a worthy citizen, you're the Devil, capable of hurting others and the cop that's killing you. Take a chillaxative I didn't say this case is laughable. I'm not a lawyer but I always thought murder 1 has to be premeditated, murder 2 is more like a crime of passion and manslaughter is when you kill someone without meaning to.
I didn't even follow the case of the cop who killed the lady.

For a murder conviction you have to be able to prove intent. The prosecutor will have to prove that this officer intended to kill the suspect. Since the officer did not use lethal force it will be hard to prove. I see a negligent homicide charge at best.
