Am I neglecting inner chest by using weighted dips as my primary push movement?

Without gyms, I've been using weighted dips as my primary chest/tri exercise. I do close grip dumbell presses to end my workout (and sometimes incline, but ive actually found dips hit my upper chest) but I only have 30s so it's not really a strong stimulus.

My question is am I neglecting my inner chest and how can I vary my dips to hit it more?

I would not worry about this. If you have any resistance bands you can do flyes with them to help get that last part of the range of motion.

I find that ring dips add a bit more tension to the inner chest as I can freely rotate and tuck my elbows closer at the top and compress my pecs harder to get more blood squeezed into that area. I also do land mine presses - single and both arms, and decline diamond push-ups with a weighted vest.
