This is some of the dumbest logic I'm seeing. It's not just about breathing, it's about your work of breathing. If someone is having an asthma attack, they can still talk...but guess what? They won't be talking for long because they're going to tire out and they're going to die.
Just because you can utter words does not mean you're breathing appropriately. You'd have to be a moron or just entirely ignorant of body mechanics to think someone can breathe just because they can talk. It's deeper than that and ignorant statements like yours shows how little you know about the subject.

There have been Black people arrested multiple times but never convicted. That wouldnt stop a prosecutor from bringing up his 18 previous arrest, or the arresting officer thinking hes guilty because of his long line of previous arrests. Do arrest records matter to you or just convictions? If arrests mean anything to you then those 18 complaints mean something as well.
