Would things descend in to complete chaos or would the relatively trained and equiped national guard/army etc be enough to stifle the protesting demographic and restore discipline relatively quickly? Yep, its called a backlog. It happens when there's jobs pending, and officers are down on other jobs. Imagine that woman who is getting the **** beat out of her by her guy, nobody will be coming to thst job for a while.

Same with auto accidents, people shot, robberies, burglaries, etc.

If I was a criminal in Minneapolis, and I had slight intelligence, I would take advantage of all of this.

They can try. There's most likely 12-16 hr days being implemented, days off being canceled, thats a ton of overtime.
