    Taking off 2 weeks off lifting

    Ive Been posting alot about my shoulder injury... People said that i should take off... So i am taking 2 weeks off and i stop training chest and shoulders for a month.. I wont anymore post about this but i have a Last question if i Come back to lifting to hit back and Arms legs... Are these exercises okay TO not **** a shoulder More

    Barbellrow.. Db rows.. Seated wide grip rows.. Deadlift?

    Seriously, talk to your doctor or a medical professional that understands your specific injury. No one here can tell you what will mess up your shoulder.

    If you're not going to talk to a doctor then my only suggestion would be that if you feel it's healed enough to start lifting again then just go light and work your way back up slowly.

    Completely depends on what movements are painful for you: you could potentially Deadlift heavy and not feel a thing, but experience pain using baby weights in some shoulder exercise.
