    Im not sure about my progress

    Im 17 years old and I workout 5 days a week, im before I was 108 lbs now im 114 my heights is 5 8 (173 cm), I would like to would muscle without fat just pure muscle I have been working out 4 months ago I have seen some progress but im not sure, I run 15 km 5 days a week and also workout in calisthenics 5 days a week and I use to eat 2600-3000 calories daily, what do your recommend me to increase my muscle mass and avoid increase my body fat
