    Will i have a decent structure when i finish cutting?

    Hey

    Just wanna hear you toughts on this quarantine, started at 216 (98kg) and am currently at 192( 87kg)

    im counting to be lean at 183 lbs (83kg)

    Height: 180 cm or 5 feet 10

    This is 9 week progress, i feel im loosing too fast but wanted to get those last 5kg for summer body

    Where would you put me in bf% and whats your toughts

    i'm not good with bf% but maybe 17%? there's a thread for those estimations too btw

    maybe 83 kilos is fine, maybe you need to get down to 80 until you're satisfied, who knows? the good thing is, you're not skinny, so you can keep cutting without having to worry about not having enough muscle

    Good progress mate, for sure.

    You need to keep at it still. Don't fixate on a number, it may not be 83 kg what you're happy with. It may be lower or higher.

    BF % wise, around 18-20% I'd say, which is not bad at all. Stick with it until you start seeing more ab definition and post here again.
