Hi, lemme explain you why I need help. there is an opportunity to join to the marine corp of my country, it is hard to join, I have been always training running, therefore I am not what you thinking about. My problem started when quarantine started as well, i can't go outside to run. I never did calisthenics or gym, I always run my entire life, now I have gained 10 kilograms and I only have 1 month to lose it.
What can I do?? Please, I need to lose it asap. Any diet or training?? I am willing to do everything, I always did exercise, so, there is not a problem to train a lot.

You need to eat less food. You're ingesting too many calories and not burning enough since you're not exercising at this time.
