    Actually the low/no fat usually has more sodium to enhance flavor missing from lack of fats

    Typical breakfast is about 6-8 ounces (cooked weight) rice, pasta or potatoes, 6-7 ounces chicken breast or extra lean ground beef, a handful of frozen veggies, mix it all together with a couple ounces chicken stock and throw it in the microwave. 500-550 calories, ~50-60 g carbs, ~50-60 g protein, ~5-10g fat.


    This pretty much stays the same for cutting or maintenance. When I start bulking I'll probably add a couple ounces extra rice, pasta or potatoes for dem carbs since that's where the majority of my extra calories will come from. I'm pretty comfortable staying around 200-250g daily protein and 75-100g daily fat year round so I only really alter carbs based on my goals at the time.

    pineapple gives me massive stomach issue, a lot of fruit does. Melon and berries, tomatoes is all I can really do and no fruit juice, I have the same reaction as someone with lactose intolerance

    The salt content in cc does not bother me in pretty much anything I eat so much and my sodium levels are always normal

    Wow really? Pineapple has digestive enzymes which usually help digestion.

    And yeah thee salt in CC doesn't bother me either im just surprised you'd add even more given it's already high salt is all.

    Eating breakfast is something I should do more often. Usually I skip it and have a large lunch, but when I don't, my preference is 4 eggs and two slices of sourdough/a bagel, and if I'm still hungry and have time, a bowl of bran flakes.
