Whether bulking or cutting.
Would be helpful if you break down the calories/macros and maybe post some pics too.
My go to is omelette filled in with zucchini and peppers, almost 2 cups of oats, 2 slices of whole wheat bread and some cottage cheese.

If you're trying Greg's French toast, make sure to add in extra saliva.
I don't tend to eat in the morning, but my first meal in the afternoon is a small snack. Tuna tortilla wraps with lettuce and tomatoes, some light mayo finished off with black pepper and crushed chilli flakes.I have a good joke about water retention. But I'm going to hold onto it for now.

It just never gets old to me... and with all the variations of berries and flavors of protein you can always change it up... so quick, cheap, and satiating.
I end up going with a heaping cup of raw oats, about 1.5tbsp of PB, a cup of berries, and a scoop of protein, topped with whatever cereal I feel like.
Keeps be goin for about 4 hours
I am noticing now tho after eating more food for last several months, my AM appetite is starting to lower some, so in time I might end up craving less early on."When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

Depends if I'm training or not. On a non-training weekday, I'll have:
Coffee with 1 cup whole milk
Smoothie consisting of:
1 cup whole milk
Water
3/4 cup oats
1 scoop raw protein powder
2 tsp honey
2 tsp peanut butter
On a training day I have:
Pre workout - Black coffee, 50g cereal (usually rice crispies or cornflakes, not into sweet stuff), half cup whole milk
Post workout - Smoothie made with:
1 cup whole milk
Water
3/4 cup oats
1 scoop raw protein powder
1/2 cup frozen fruit (usually berries)
2 tsp honey
Weekends I often have scrambled eggs on toasted sourdough with butter, sometimes some smoked salmon too.Last edited by RapidFail; 05-25-2020 at 04:25 PM.

Work days, a bowl of special K red berries with whole milk, Tbsp of peanut butter, and a couple mandarins. I’ll stop on the way in I’ll get my morning coffee
Non-work days, it depends. Usually sausage, cheesy scrambled eggs and an avocado with salt and lime juice. Sometimes we’ll go out, I rather enjoy going to diners.
