    Does having a low fat diet help in gaining less fat while bulking??

    Depends on how low. Lower than your recommended minimum? Over time, yeah probably. Hitting your minimum and filling the rest with your minimum for protein and whatever else you want? Nope.

    All this said, whatever mix that keeps you healthy and energized to perform will keep you building. Read the stickies.

    Being in very slight caloric surplus matters the most. This means a surplus of around 200 calories per day. If you are eating more than 0.6-7gr of protein per pound of bodyweight you will do fine.
