    Ashwagandha+rhodiola dosing question

    Got me a bottle of Jarrow ashwagandha(ksm-66) 300mgs each pill, and a bottle of Now rhodiola 500mgs each pill. I'm going through a stressful situation. that's even affecting my sleep cycle. I can't get rid of the stress, I can only try to manage it. I was wondering how much of each I should take, and when? Thanks

    Doesn’t matter with food. Rhodiola is good pwo and has been in some most notably Carbon Prep that Layne Norton produced.

    Ash in the KSM-66 form has performance benefits but I would just follow the protocol I gave you. Not used pwo.
