    Slight injury from BB row - how best to aid recovery?

    Not sure what went wrong but something twinged in quite a broad area over upper back. This was only 20 mins ago. Have near enough full mobility, just slightly sore all over, covering pretty much all movement that engages the area. Never injured this area before so should I be resting it or should I be doing lots of gentle movements keeping everything in the area moving around over next few days? Obviously won't be lifting.
