New to strongman and weight training and need advice
I have discovered strongman through some YouTube videos and seeing all these guys like Brain Shaw and Eddie Hall etc. made me desperately want to get in to strongman. Unlike bodybuilding and powerlifting it seems like there isn’t much information for newbies out there.
So Any advice on getting in to strongman training would be helpful any links to information about training programs and just general advice would be much appreciated.
