I'm losing my mind without a gym

I have lost so much muscle and my diet isn't the best due to extreme workshcedule due to COVID.. I live in an apartment and I have been trying to do in home workouts... But they are just not cutting it for me.. I also need a source of cardio.. the treadmill was my go to before all of this.. What should I do, how have you guys been doing it?

What state do you live or you in the US? Some states are opening gyms back up if you're in the US.

I live in Florida, my Gyms are still closed. That's good news to hear for me. That means it's coming soon.

Even in an apartment you can buy equipment that can be kept in the same little space when not in use. Power tower, small flat/incline bench, adjustable dbs, pushup bars, weighted vest, foldable stationary bike, tiny stepper thingy, etc.

The major chains are cucked and still won't open. Youfit sent a message saying they're not in a rush. Sick of corporations trying to pretend that they care about anything other than our money.
Do not think that what is hard for you to master is humanly impossible; and if it is humanly possible, consider it to be within your reach.

No, gyms are not still closed in Florida. (Unless they made an individual choice not to re-open. Look around.)

Sounds like the gym will be an option soon or now. If not, consider buying some adjustable DBs, maybe some bands and kettlebells. Can do plenty of workouts with those and they don't take up much space. As for cardio, just go run outside?

My wife and I received the same message from Youfit. The reason they are not in a rush is because they are still charging their members the normal monthly fee, which is shameful.

You could have / still could buy resistance bands or even go on facebook marketplace to buy cheaper dumbbells to use at home. Where there is a will, there is a way

Are you a first responder or an essential worker, jm? If you are, thank you for your service!! We couldn't get through this chaos without you!

So now you have to take the time out to prepare better meals for yourself and bring them to work. Forgo the daily pizza pies (with extra cheese or pepperoni) from helpful and thoughtful Italian business owners. No offense to them, but you need to get your diet in check (?).
^^ It's true, my first-generation uncle was a boxer who fought Sugar Ray Robinson! He also fought in the war, sacrificing the career he deeply loved, so people could have the right to freedom.

Let's show RESPECT for the POLICE and ALL FIRST RESPONDERS by helping to keep THEM SAFE AND SOUND, and thereby able to PROTECT US!

No kidding. When my usual, big-corporate gym closed I went and found a small boutique gym which closed shortly thereafter, but I'm still being charged monthly for that one while my usual gym froze memberships. Not just that, but the boutique gym just more than DOUBLED our membership fees while they remain closed. But they'll certainly open sooner (so far it's planned for June 15, but obviously that could change) and be significantly easier to keep clean as the owner is a very "family" oriented guy who... Well he genuinely cares about his members in a way, but the fees...
