    Refeeds????

Ive beem losing weight for 12 weeks and ive gone from ~157-158lb -> 146-147. So a ~10-11lb weight drop. I plateaued for a 1-2 weeks, at the end of april, were i stopped losing weight (wasn't eating properly) and hovered around 151-150.
I've lost maybe 4 more lbs and im having a problem where i have no energy anymore. So i think im going to just maintain for a week, re-gain my energy reserves, boost my metabolism by doing more cardio with my extra energy, then drop the calories and carbs again. Im eating 1700->1800 at the moment going up to 2200->2300.
Have you guys tried anything similar and how did it go?

Are you on low carb? If so try switching to a low fat/high carb approach for a couple weeks and see how you feel. I've always felt like utter chit with low carb, so it's much better for me to drop cals via fats.

More cardio won't boost your metabolism and it may make you more hungry so always think twice before adding more plus it can zap more of your energy putting you back to where you were with low energy. This will depend on how much and how intense the cardio is.
If you don't get what you want you didn't want it bad enough
