    Thumbs up Fierce 5 - Novice - Progress!

    Hi all,

    In my 5th week now of the Fierce 5 program, things are starting to get difficult, all I'm really looking for is some kind words of motivation!

    Started with extremely little muscle, not that skinny but what I have is entirely fat! Enjoying it so far, definitely can already see an improvement but it's getting tough and I don't want to stop!

    Workout A

    Squat 3x5 25kg->40kg
    Bench 3x5 25kg->32.5kg
    Pendlay Rows 3x8 17.5kg->25kg
    Reverse Flies 3x10 (Dumbbell) 4.5kg->4.5kg
    Calf raises 2x15/Skull Crushers 2x10 Superset 4.5kg->6.5kg

    Workout B

    Front Squat 3x5 15kg->30kg
    Overhead Press 3x5 20kg->27.5kg
    Romanian Deadlift 3x8 20kg->27.5kg
    Bent Over Barbell Row 3x8 20kg->27.5kg
    Plank x2(45secs)/Bicep curls 2x10 Superset 15kg->22.5kg

    (25kg=55lbs, 40kg=88lbs)
