Hi guys. I did some heavy lifting on monday and am dealing with some lower body and upper body soreness from upping weights/reps. However, the crease in my right leg seems to sting noticeably more than my left when I bend it. I'm worried that I may have pulled a muscle or tendon - I can walk on it, but reaching down to touch my toes doesn't particularly feel good. I'm supposed to work out again today, but I haven't gotten up yet to and I'm a bit concerned if I should still. Today is my "light" day, so I'd be using lighter weights.
If I do end up needing to rest for a little while, would I lose muscle? I'm stressing over that particularly because of my cut.
