I tell it like it is, if you want smoke blown up your ass or something sugar coated. I suggest you get a Hooker and a powdered donut.

Circus trick movements like this can be fun and a challenge but I view everything by risk to reward ratio. That does not fit the bill for me. If I wanted to work on unstable platforms, I would just do TRX push ups or medicine ball variation push ups.
Sadly, no one on IG wants to watch me press, row, clean, squat normal sized weights. It's too repetitive and too boring for the average viewer, they want this nonsense.
The average Joe should focusing on pressing the 24 kg bell for 5 reps, swinging the 24 for 15-20 reps, and goblet squatting the 24 for 15 solid reps. The vast majority of American males cannot perform this task.https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=180003183&p=1635918623#post1635918623
New Shanghai Log!
"225, 315, 405 whatever. Yeah these benchmark digits come to mean a lot to us, the few warriors in this arena. They are, however, just numbers. I'm guilty of that sh*t too, waiting for somebody to powder my nuts cuz I did 20 reps of whatever the **** on the bench. Big f*king deal. It is all relative." G Diesel
