    Portuguese Guy trying to get lean | Get ITT for a journey

    Hello, everyone,

    (bold text refers to the pictures' names)

    I have been overweight almost all my life. However, things took even a further turn to the left when I got into a relationship and really did myself go.

    When it ended, I was 85kg and looked like Moment 0. Unhappy with how I looked like, I decided to hire an online coach. It wasn't the best experience ever, but I learned how to count macros and calories which really introduced me to a whole new world.

    With this new knowledge at hand I cut for a good few months until I got to 65kg looking like Moment 1 and Moment 1_2

    As you can see, I went from fat to skeleton, despite the fact that I was lifting 3x a week.

    I tried to bulk and did gain a bit of muscle (moment 2 and moment 2_1) but I think I gained mainly fat .

    Right now, at 25 y/o, I am cutting again (Moment 3) and as soon gyms open I plan on lean bulking this time. Hopefully I will be able to put on more muscle mass compared to the dirty bulk I did a few months ago.

    Anyway, you're two cents will be highly appreciated.

    I will try to keep this post updated with weekly pictures not ony to get feedback but also as way to feel some accountability.

    Tu tens pouca massa magra ainda.

    Então o que eu faria era colocar-me num pequeno deficit até os ginásios abrirem (já que tu neste momento não tens como ganhar massa magra, não tens porque te meter em superavit). Ou seja, eu tentaria "limpar" um bocadito o shape dadas as circunstancias, nem que isto te leve outra vez para o momento 1. Infelizmente os ginásios não devem abrir tão cedo.

    Depois sim, quando os ginásios abrirem, sobes as kcals para fazeres um clean bulk para meteres massa nisso.

    O importante é manteres o commitment e teres noção que não vale a pena acelerar o processo.

    Eu sei que é fdd fazer cutting quando te sentes muito magro, ou fazer bulking quando sentes que o teu bodyfat está cada vez mais longe do teu objetivo. Mas faz parte do processo. Eu comecei com 55kg (28cm de braço) em 2015, então sei bem aquilo que sentes.
