    Question Elbow sore after bench dips

    Left elbow quite sore after some bench dips. Any1 know why and what I'm doing wrong?

    Sounds to me like you might be putting too much unnecessary stress on your elbows. Are you doing bench dips between two benches or are you doing them off of one bench with your feet on the ground? If you're between two benches, trying moving them closer and see if that helps. Keep your triceps at more of a 90 degree angle. If you're doing them off of one bench then your issue might be your form more than anything.
