So I have been starting every day with two hard boiled eggs and a two or three of those baby bell peppers. For lunch I eat one grilled chicken breast and a salad with hot sauce on it. For Dinner I eat one steak and a baked potato on fridays, but for everyother day I eat just another grilled chicken breast with some vegetables. I am trying to do low carb and weigh around 225-230, 5’11.
