    I think i injured my tendon

    So yesterday I picked something really heavy up, and I felt some mild pain in my bicep tendon. Today I didn’t feel it much until i started working out. I was benching and i felt it a little, and then i did two sets of pull ups and now im in moderate pain. I stopped my workout and i got an icepack on it right now. Should I just not workout today? Next time i hit biceps indirectly is thursday, and then on saturday ill hit em directly. Do you think it will be healed by then?
