    Yea, any “metabolic boost” is absolutely no more than a mile walk outside. Also, the cost & risk of stroke or cardiac arrest are hopefully much lower.

    I took an ephedra based supplement once in college (called Ripped Fuel) and even at half dose I felt so anxious I wanted to scream....

    Me and stimulants do NOT mix well. Caffeine was all I could ever tolerate. I only ever found therapeutic benefits for ‘downers’ like alcohol etc

    Foods with higher satiety index are oats, potatoes, broccoli, protein rich foods. It doesn't kill appetite, it just keep you fuller for a longer period of time.
