    Rebuilt3’s bumpy road log

    Starting my new thread today, gonna attempt to cut down. Last time I tried I noticed my weight fluctuating and it was throwing me off. Currently I have a new weigh scale.

    Right now with my home workouts I’m gonna focus on body weight strength training and conditioning drills, plus lots of outdoor walks.

    Day 1 : may 17th, 2020
    Starting weight 244 lbs
    Calorie goal: 2 lbs a week loss / 2000 calories per day.

    Will update this thread once a week or more If needed. Hopefully I can correct bad habits ( binge eating, drinking )

    Still got diet locked in
    May 22, 241 lbs
    -3 lbs however could be some water weight.

    For short term , I’m trying to get to 230 lbs then eventually down to 200. Once at 200 I’m going to try maintaining for a few months,

    May 30th, todays weigh in 238.5 lbs. I’ve seemed to have lost some more weight, time to tighten the diet up more.
    Had a good day yesterday but over ate some bbq foods. At least I never bought beers.
    This weeks goal to hit 238 or 237.
    Adjusted my calories from 1.5 lbs a week to 2 lbs.
