Exclamation Best supplements for putting on size in 2020

    Hi all.

So I guess I fall under the "hardgainer" category, with my fast metabolism and tendency to struggle putting on thick, lean muscle. Im currently 6'3 and weighing in around 165 pounds. I take the same type of supplements that I've been taking for the last 2 or so years. This consists of a mass gainer of some sort, a pre workout, creatine and a BCAA. For the most part I just mix and match whatever is either cheapest, or tastes the best from the list above. I'm hoping that reaching out to y'all, I could finally get a list of supplements that would be best for my current situation. Perhaps some of y'all know a little something I dont.

    Thanks all!

No such thing as a hardgainer, it’s a marketing term to give a ‘diagnosis’ to people who aren’t eating enough but think they are.

Bin off the BCAAs and the weight gainer and eat more calorie-dense whole foods. Nut butters, whole milk, fattier cuts of meat, rice are all your friends.

So in the 2 years of taking those supplements did you gain any weight?

No supplement is going to add weight onto your frame.

You need to focus on your nutrition more than worrying about supplements.
