    Can you deload like this?

I was wondering if anyone has ever deloaded only certain muscle groups in a week as opposed to a full body deload? Is it advisable to do this?

Deloads are primarily to reduce systemic fatigue - so you would usually cut total volume by at least half across all lifts.

If you think a particular muscle group is suffering (join pain, loss of performance) then you can rest of course - but I don't call that a deload.
