    Posing

    Hey im newish to the idea of competing ( old photo) been tracking almost a year now and now I want to make my hobby into money by competing and whatever go along with that. How do I find a posing coach and what advice would yall give me besides nutrition (pretty covered) thanks

    One advice would be: hold each pose 1-2 sec. I personally can't stand BBs that do "drive by" poses that last a fraction of second. It comes across as amateurish at best, and insecure at worst.
