Supplement manufacturer NOW reports that among CoQ10 and SAMe products it purchased recently on Amazon and subjected to analytical testing, only a few came close to meeting label claim for the amount of active ingredients, while most had little or none at all.

I would love a list of those companies. I buy both CoQ-10 and SAMe sometimes but the co is from Jarrow which I trust but the SAMe is not...

I used to buy supps from a company called Double Wood from there but then someone on reddiit weighed out a pill and it didn't meet label claims

jarrow is legit af that’s the magnesium l-threonate that improved my moms memory so much that we don’t detect any memory issues. She’s only about a month and a half in. Side notes- I took it too and my memory improved a lot. It takes a full 12-16 weeks for full effects depending on which pub Med trial you read about. For cheap supps go with jarrow.

Ive been using controlled Labs CoQ-10 (Orange Beat but it only has 50mg) and also the Kirkland/Costco brand one which has 300mg. Never heard of SAMe.... can you shoot me links to some reputable places to get quality ones, I feel Beat is quality.... just 50MG to 300MG is a stark contrast.
