    Why do you take supplements?

Hey everyone! Been reading these forums since 2006. Never posted but I’m doing some research and was hoping you can help.

Just trying to see what the main reason you take supplements is for. Energy? Focus? Pump? Sleep? Immune support? Joint Health?

Various reasons, everything you listed for me its for immune support, when I was in my early 20s I mostly took bodybuilding stuff to get jacked or put size because I was a hardgainer like lots of mass gainers, whey and creatine, but now I try to take stuff for health like minerals, fishoil, Coq10, etc.

Protein for convenience, creatine for energy.
