How old were they? It sucks when they go. Took me a long time to get over our first lab.

Mine doodle coming home on the 18th, got some pics the other day.

The GSD that doesn't exist yet we are in line is expected to be show quality with fancy pants lineage coming from parents who have placed in-the-world at shows in Europe. Feels like buying a KAC SR15 to teach 10 year olds how to hit a berm at scout camp

Lol yeah they are light but big for their weight.

My brother did similar with his lab. Brb 3k champion bloodline, end up family dog. Granted she was supposed to be a bird dog originally.

Almost forgot, his gf is about to get one from the same breeder lol. They just got 6 chickens that are currently here too. ****in madhouse around here.

Have a meeting today where I need to go to the office so I’m going to hit the 2 gun shops around and try to find something cool.

Still tempted by either the Shadow 2 Orange or A01LD that they have. Both are a couple grand.

But the practical side of me is telling me to buy 3 more Glocks.

CZ Scorpion pistols are tempting too but I want one of those new Stribog delayed blowback guns. Delayed blowback at that price is pretty awesome.

i FUKED a CZ TS orange the other day and wanted it as soon as the sales lady showed me the giant briefcase it came with. I liked that trigger way more than the accushadow for some reason

but for that money I could get a Glock 17L with a compensator and a tuned hand trigger job handjob from those prostitutes at TARAN tatical

getting bad here too. Only had a handful of cases, but everytime someone gets a mild symptom they send them home until they get tested. Now they've started having the entire shift (within individual departments) stay home if someone on the shift is getting tested.
Also some people are taking advantage by calling out saying they have symptoms because they don't charge them for PTO or sick time. Probably get myself a couple free days off soon.

Why not buy BTX85?

If you're going to keep a suppressor on it sure get an SBR or a braced pistol (11.5" either way if 5.56). But if you aren't going to keep a can on it get a pinned and welded 14.5 or 13.7 that is legally 16" due to perm installed flash hider.

My home rifle will have a suppressor on it. So the shorter rifle would be what I'd use for that. Really liking the look of the Daniel Defense MK18.

And once I got that I'd probably get a new scope for the DDm4v7 for distance shooting, and just transfer my eotech over to the MK18.

And once I got that I'd probably get a new scope for the DDm4v7 for distance shooting, and just transfer my eotech over to the MK18.

Good question.

The rifles get safeties, and the safeties are used, because hanging on a sling with an exposed trigger/guard obviously carries a huge potential for snags or an AD/ND, so the rifle safety needs to be trained to be used. I don't want to be walking around with the safety off just-because, and then drop it into the sling etc and have that trigger dangling out there just waiting to get snagged. So for consistency, the safety is on when there's no known target/threat. Rife up safety off. Rifle down safety on. More or less. Always in all conditions for consistency, so, safety on when hypothetically moving through your house after the alarm went off but I don't know who is or isn't there or where they are or aren't.

Handgun doesn't get a safety because it won't ever be banging and clanging around hanging loose on a sling on top of gear just waiting to have its trigger pulled, it will 99.9999% be in my hand or in a holster that covers the trigger guard and the other unlikely % is somehow someway it got set down somewhere not in a holster which isn't good but no thing is going to pull that trigger.
