solid.
form will come the more she gets used to the lift. as with anyone. Lifting it awkward starting off, but once your muscles start properly firing, things will get easy.
what is she doing for all 3 as a "max". I remember something of a deadlift being around 100lbs????the above post is not serious and is for entertainment purposes only.

Hi *******s, first time caller.
Ordered a glock 44, saw the terrible reviews, cancelled.
Taurus tx22 held by ffl, will probably pick up today if hes open.
Got some winchester 22lr 40gr on the way, mixed reviews.
Whats a good belt& holster company to get stuff from? Fashion not a factor obviously, just practicality.

Just got back from the gym. Probably going to go for a bike ride tomorrow with my daughter. There's some nice trails right near the house that I hear about but have never done, so really need to start checking those out. Other than that, might do a little work around the house but plan on relaxing quite a bit after a busy work week.
I bought a parks pass a couple weeks ago and we've been doing some hikes lately. So will be doing more of that into the summer/fall.*MFC Elder Statesmen Cabinet Crew*

Well, at least one company is going against the virtue signalling grain. These guys did an add in response to Gillette when that hit, too.

Saturday morning arts and crafts. Let's paint a weapon.
We're going to be using Krylon fusion camo paint but any matte paint will do. Also note, you don't have to degrease anything...it's not a fancy coating that you need to adhere perfectly. If it rubs off, spray it more.
Step 1: Mask off or remove everything you don't want painted. I move the light on this weapon around, and didn't want to paint the suppressor so those came off. Soft goods (sling, straps, etc) came off except for the dummy cord connecting the optic to the weapon...that's a pain to take off so we'll just paint it. I also like to mask the muzzle device especially if you're mounting a suppressor to it. This should go without saying but close your dust cover.
Step 2: Start with sand / khaki. Put your other colors down...if you start with something else it will end up way too dark. Long strokes make happy folks or whatever.
Step 3: Diagonal passes of green. Not too many, not too few. I like to use the exact number of times I've been completely ****ed by the green weenie.
Step 4: Break out the camo netting and let's make a pattern. This is old camo netting but anything will do. If you want a tight pattern hold it close to the weapon. If you want it looser, hold it far away. This time we're using brown. Short little sprays. Hit only the light areas.
Step 5: Same thing, but we'll hit the dark areas with sand now.
Step 6: Cut yourself some stencils and hold them close to the weapon, then spray black. I like making little slit stencils so I can move them around and make more complex shapes. You do this with black so that the weapon doesn't look flat - contrary to popular belief there is a lot of black in nature, but it's usually not on objects - it's the shadow behind the object.
After you do this, you may want to give it a dusting of the color most prevalent in your AO. In my case it's summer and it's really green here so I dusted it green...hold the paint can far away and give it a big up and down.
Step 7: Peel off your tape and put it back together. Time.

Well, phukk . . . been waiting for info on the 24 Hr Fitness club re-openings and finally found some details. Pre-COVID there were 3 clubs within 20 mins of my house (my main club was about 10 mins away) and a 4th just a little farther away. There was another club just a little farther but not bad. They're only keeping one of those clubs open--and it opens on June 22nd. That sucks. I imagine it will be pretty damn busy with all the other traffic headed there instead of spreading out.
I also have a really cheap membership at Chuze Fitness (one club only) about 15 mins away and that's where I've been going since they reopened. Nice club, but it does get pretty busy. So I'll have to make due but the options are dwindled now.
Thanks, China.*MFC Elder Statesmen Cabinet Crew*

Dont really have a good place for one right now. Garage is out. With the kids still in the house, the basement isn't much of an option the way we use it. There's one spot that might work for a rack . . . but with the structural wood flooring and it being in the middle of a span, I'd need to look at shoring up the joists to have all that weight there.
Someday, maybe, when that extra bedroom opens up then a home gym may need to happen. Until then, I'll probably just made do with the gym. At least the times I tend to go are the least busy, comparatively. Just a tad more inconvenient than it used to be.*MFC Elder Statesmen Cabinet Crew*

glad you brought this up because I was going to buy a +1 tube extension with sling mount, but hadn't considered I will probably get a light. Haven't looked much but saw this https://www.gggaz.com/mossberg-590-s...mbo-mount.html
Would prefer only one sling attachment point though.☆ MissChill Appreciation Crew ☆ Owner ☆ Σ ☆

ive been kicking around the idea of getting into full auto bb guns for awhile now, feeling strongly tempted by the umarex mp40 and mini uzi.
will buy eventually, tempted to today
for sure man. id suggest buying some gun stuff to celebrate but current events have made that difficult.
did you decide on what kind of lat pull down machine to get?Merica
