    4 months progress

    Hey guys

    Started lifting in January and was wondering what areas look like they need most improvement

    Looks like you've built some pretty decent mass. At the moment you look pretty "even" (like there's no one specific body section that needs extra attention).

    I'd say keep the bulk for another few months, and then do a cut with a mild deficit for a couple months to trim away a few % of fat. End result should be pretty joocy.
