    Arrow Could use some help

    Hi All,

    I am WillBeFit23 because my goal is to be fit look and feel good about myself.

    About me: In my Larry Bird year (33) in a few months. Currently 6'1 184. In a way I feel like I hit a wall with my body. I am a hard gainer. I have been working out for the last 4 years 1-4 times a week.

    I have done the eating clean, like I said its hard because I never have much of an appetite. I suffer from anxiety and depression. I could use some advice and kind words and encouragement. Because I am separated. I do have a sore back a lot these days. I also feel like I have lost my agility. I used to play basketball in my teen years (probably could have made the G-League back then), but I definitely can't move around on the court like I used to.

    I take Whey Opt Protein after working out (2 scoops)
    CLA during meals
    Fish Oil Daily
    BCAA Energy as pre-workout

    I don't know what direction I should go in with my body. What should I focus on? What should my diet be?
    Being 6'1 I feel like I still look skinny
