I would say protein powder - but that's technically a food. But so are many other supplements. For example, creatine is found in a lot of foods like red meat.
But those two are the answer nevertheless.
That hype you linked to is nothing more than creatine and some fractions of protein (BCAA and leucine).

Nothing legal will “amp up your testosterone greatly”.
I have tried almost every natural anabolic out. They are never worth a damn and didn’t do much of anything.
Diet, workout, sleep. Maybe take some Creatine which does show benefits.Your nutrition and workout program determines your success.

My 2 cents: the only way to really know if a supplement raises your T levels is to first get your levels checked. Then try a supplement for a month. Then retest your levels. You will know in a month. I've reviewed several supplements over the years that were supposed to boost levels. Most have no proof.

I've been doing this for 20 years. Learned a lot of the years. Worked for supplement companies on multiple levels. Straight up refused to promote testosterone boosters. I like pre-workout products for the caffeine, beta-alanine, and creatine content. You can still do it much cheaper. Other than that, protein and creatine are the only things that are worth anything. Don't waste your money. Like said above, if it doesn't come in an oil it's almost worthless.
