Hi all! I’ve been doing a body recomp/very low bulk for 6 weeks now with a very slight caloric surplus. I don’t know whether to continue doing this or start cutting or gaining. I’m 5’9” about 167 pounds. I’ve never trained for this long before. Any advice moving forward would be great!
