I play competitive hockey and I'm 16 years old struggling to put on more upper body weight before the next season. I cant break over 145 pounds I always end up getting stuck around there.
I work out 2 times a day 2 hours each using 40-pound dumbbells and a bench. Mostly do dumbbell benching and single-arm benching. The majority of my workouts revolve around the dumbbells. After each workout I have a workout shake 4 scoops of HULK GAINER PROTEIN with 2 scoops of Creatine. In addition to this, I'm also eating a lot to which I am full.
