    Gym

    Does anyone know if there is any gym open near north west London or if anyone has a home gym open to the public? I want to train so badly and was so excited to qualify for nationals this year and now I'm just losing everything I worked for. So depressed and suicidal rn and gym helped me so much with my mental health too. I rly wish I had a squat rack with enough weights Plz does anyone know any place or anything about any gyms being OPEN? They said gyms may only reopen in October which means I may lose years of hard work ffs.. My dreams are slowly drifting away coz of this and ik many of u guys here are in the same situation.

    1. missing a few weeks at the gym shouldn't push a healthy mind into suicidal depression. Have you talked to a counselor or therapist? That would be my first suggestion, especially during these times.

    2. visit the garage gym board here. Plenty of ways to start building your own facility...

    3. The years of progress that you lose in a matter of weeks/months, will come back much faster than you imagine.
